What turbo and injectors?advancing the timing and increasing pulsewidth can only go so far before its dedtimental to hp and tq...

you can stack as many chips and programers as you want. but it ain't gonna do any good because only one will work, and that is the first one put in.
i would recommend selling the edge on ebay and putting a chip in it like a DP F-5,or F-6, or a chip from one of the other tuners like PHP or tony wildman

BD turbo, 16cc injectors, big air intake, 4" exhaust turbo back, edge programmer so far. What more would it take to get 425 at the wheel?

Head studs,valve springs,better pushrods,nonstock(t-500) high pressure oil pump,bigger injectors if that 16cc was infact 160cc. electric fuel pump with regulated return..not sure what the bd turbo specs are but its prob similar to a d66 if i guessed. get an irate s366 kit or something better than a drop in style...um yea..thats a good beginning list..

Ok the plan was the t500 and airdog with bowel delet kit. That sounds about what you mentioned. Head studs and springs to keep it together. I can understand. I'll have to research the irate s366. What's that?
I have to be close. Stocks is somewhere around 210.
I also on sun coast converter with Tammy build. Any thoughts on their products?

whats better then ts6 position or the dp tuner looking to make my truck more eficiant in towing and fuel mileage going to three inch down pipe it and cool air intake and herd chips help fuel mileage as long as you drive respectably.

I know suncoast on dodges.not sure on e4od honestly.most round here do bts or john wood. You can do efuel cheaper than the dog. heard reliability issues but no personal experience.

any ts style custom tuned chip for the specific mods will be better than off the shelf unspecific tunes!! Dp tuner does custom tailored tunes. any custom tune will be better than generic one size fits all tunes...just think about large injectors.....on a stock tune where it has to open a stock injector for all its worth...now yea lets put some big stixs in and still stroke the crap out of it...its gonna be pig rich and just fill the crankcase with unburned fuel and run the egts through the roof...get my drift...

I'll try to e bay the edge. It's gotta be worth something. It's a month old. Hope the 160cc injectors do the truck. I don't wanna have to pay for that one again. Thanks

If the injectors are fresh modding them will be less than doing it all completly over.
what nozzles are on them?60%80%

Yea.just unliad the edge.aside from the ecm killing nature they have....i will never get why they do not offer any custom tuning or any method to modify them...for a totally stock truck if you can get it to not wipe the pcm out then maybe..but not me.
