stock wheel question

Is anyone running factory 18x8 or 20x8 wheels with 35x12.5 tires? if so.. could you post pictures.. I am having quite a bit of difficulty making a tire decision. Ideally, I want to go as big as possible with stock rims and a leveling kit. any help would be appreciated.

When going with a 35"x12.5" tire...it is recommended that a 10" wheel be used. If you want to keep the 8" wheel, then keep the tire at 11.5" or go the LT route. Maybe a LT285/75R18 (35"x11.5"R18) is a good alternative.

Hope this helps...

Most tire shops will refuse to mount a 12.5" tire to an 8" rim.

Don't believe those will fit a stock truck. I think a level kit is needed at a minimum for the '05+ SD...and more for the '99-'04 SD.
