Seized Turbo?

I got a little turbo and the thing is locked up. Nothing bad happened, just been sitting so long that it will not budge. I am thinking of just chucking it into a 5 gallon bucket of something to drench the entire turbo, and free it all up. I am not going to need it for a while so time is not a factor. But what would be the best thing to fill the bucket with?

Short of a rebuild, nothing you do will make it work. The first day you try to slap it on your truck or any other vehicle the turbo will fail.

I would take it apart ad see if maybe something in impellers,but if oil passages were left open it will probly need rebuilt
