i have a 77 f100 with a 4.9/300,it had a C4 trans in it trying to put a C6 in it everything matches the problem is the torque converter, the studs that comes through the flywheel only comes out a tad but if i reach through where the starter bolts on at i can slide the converter forward then the studs comes all the way through. somebody help me please
put the nuts on and tighten
the converter has some movement front to back
will be ok if the pilot is the correct diameter and you have the correct flexplate
