51 merc 2 ton
any one looking for a 51 merc two ton .i went and looked at 51 merc 2ton 2 weeks a go the guy told me it was a 50 so i thought it would be a good truck to take cab off for my 50. but when i got there it was a 51 so it really didn't have any thing on that was any good to me

The auction is listed for this coming June. Looks like a decent truck. I know if this truck was within driving range for me I'd check it out.

hi bob this truck is about 2-21/2 hours west of me .how far are you from the twin citys.its a good 8 hour drive from the citys to where i live.did a lot of truck into minnasota and iowa and a few times into wisc so you would be looking at a 12 -13 hour drive

I'm about 6-7 hours from the Twin Cities. I don't think the wife would think it was a good idea especially concidering the time, gas and lodging, not to mention towing a big truck on the back of my 1/2 ton truck. I did that once, 40 mile north of the Twin Cities. 400 miles home, not a very pleasant experience, exciting at times, but not very pleasant. She also doesn't think I need another truck, but what does she know. If a '48-50 Merc, in decent shape, showed up in my area I would have to get it.
This truck looks like it's in really nice condition, I think you need it. Go ahead, go get it!

ye she looks like a sweet truck dosen't look to be much wrong with the body.to bad its to far for you come. not to many of these old trucks left up here the scrap price is good and they are been snached up for scrap metal.seen a 48-50ish ford truck on a load of scrap before xmas it made a growen man cry {
