Mardi Gras 2008.....

Anyone planning to catch a parade? We went to a local one, The Krewe of Hyacinthians, and that appears to be the only one I will be able to attend this year. Lillians first parade! Not a whole lot of throws but she enjoyed herself.

I'll be going Sunday in Grand Praire, and possibly the Street Dance in Mamou.

I think me carrying a camera would be a good idea though........

Anywhere my little girl goes, so does a camera. Even when I am alone, I still have my cell phone camera, never know when something interesting might happen. The only place I dont have a camera with me is a bachelor party, having a camera there is grounds for a swift kick in the cuoys. The Budweiser Clydesdales rolled back into town today:

The wife had it most of the time. It would never make it to the end with me either, sometimes I wonder how I make it to the end, but I was good for this one, dont want to get too stupid around my baby girl.

I know what you mean!

Yeah, can't get to wild with your little girl there. Mostly trying to get her to have a good time.
