It should...just make sure you have the large input shaft that was available for the big block. Deen

A top loader is slang for Ford's 4 speed manual transmission. Unlike the BW's and muncie's, the gears come out of the top of the tranny instead of the side. The 4spd had a ten bolt top cover and the 3 speed had 9 bolts (i think).
