Loose connection. You can take the cluster out, and take a pencil eraser and clean all the connections on the printed circuit board, and pull the bulbs in and out several times to get rid of corrosion. You may also want to poke out the blue covers in the cluster and get colored bulbs to replace the original ones. The blue covers get old and cloudy, and don't let much light through. A common problem on these trucks. If you don't mind the yellow light, you can leave the covers off and use the original bulbs.
