Hey DAve does the 2.46:1 and 1.46:1 and 1:1 is that the ratio of engine revolutions to wheel revolutions considering one has stock tires and a 4:10 rearend

That is the ratio of the crankshaft RPM to the drive shaft RPM.
The axle ratio divides the drive shaft RPM by the axle ratio to determine the axle RPM.
Engine RPM 2000
2.46 first gear
Driveshaft RPM 813
Axle ratio 4.10
Axle RPM 198.29
235/85-16 tires 31.72" diameter
31.72*3.1415=99.648" travel per revolution of the tire
99.648/12=8.304 feet per revolution
5280/8.304=635.838 revolutions of the tire per mile
198.29/635.838=.311
60*.311=18.66 MPH at 2000 RPM in first gear if there was no loss in the torque converter and I did not round off the numbers in my calculations.
