air compressor

Hello my wife has a 98 with the air suspension and I was wondering if there was any kind of maintenance that should be done to the air compressor ,it has been getting louder lately but it is still working fine,it is also very cold here lately and this maybe why

Unless you notice running all the time, it sounds fine to me. My compressor gets louder in the colder weather also.

You might want to look at the mounts. The rubber mounts fall apart. My 2001 had that.

The other thing you need to look for is to see if anything is leaning on it and touching the truck.
