If you like it, GET IT! I knew when I saw the truck I have now that she was the one for me, and my wife is OK with that Good luck! Make sure you get the Oasis though, very important! You don't want to buy someone elses headache, no matter how purty she is!

 

the truck was very nice. very clean. the under carriage was clean. it sounded nice, the off road tires were a little noisy. i will just put new ones on when they wear out. im gonna talk the guy down cause i dont wanna pay for all the mods like the ps2 navi and dvd ****. thats not stuff i need. but i am gonna check on the financing.

 

well looks like im going to phoenix this friday to look at a few trucks. got about 7 i like im going to look at ranging from 02 to 07. hopefully i will find one i like. i like the red on but i found a few for cheaper with less miles.

I paid $27,500 last march for the truck in my signature with 50,000 miles.....pics are in my gallery.

Only thing wrong so far has been the CPS last April but it was under warranty.
Did the recall recently and will get my $100.00 back for the warranty work. This has been the best truck I've ever had!

Pal, this is one guys opinion...mine. I'd keep looking if it were me. The right truck is out there waiting for you...you just need to be patient. I was lucky, there wasn't anything wrong with my 150...I just wanted the 4x4 and the F250. It took me almost a year of cruising around the lots...looking and going back when I saw a truck that met my needs on the lot.

I've been rewarded with the 250 in my sig block...and I'm still grinning!

Yes I agree with msgtg and would look around some more. Looks like you would have a headache from someone else.

 

If you look at the history...and the dates of the events...I truely would keep looking. The worst possible scenario would be you buying that truck and then having to keep putting it in the shop. You'd really be unhappy and you'll wind up hating the truck. There are better trucks out there waiting....

i asked about what was done to it. he said it died when he took it to idaho.it kept blowing a sensor so ford replaced the entire harness.

 

ok so another quick question about these trucks. so if i find an 03 with the 7.3 liter does that mean it comes with the better transmission(the one that would come with the 03+ 6.0 sd)?

 

Nope...the 7.3 is mated to it's own tranny. Word on the street is that the tranny for the 6.0 is nicer shifting and sturdier.
