I want to level my 06 F350 FX4 Crew. I have been searching for the right way to do it. Steel, billet aluminum, neoprene spacers some say you need to replace shocks or need longer track bars others say simple installation nothing else required. I just want to do the right thing the first time. With the best product available. Why can't I just find a set of 2" longer coil springs? Or am I not looking in the right place. Off road driving is minimal 99% is black top driving. I do weekend towing, sleds and camper. I am looking for a simple solution if one exists.
At Rough Country we offer a 1.5 leveling coil springs that are very reasonable and will set your truck at the desired ride height. Give us a call 1-800-222-7023
i put a 2.5" steel spacer in and all new Bilstein shocks, for the extra length in front and the 2 in the back. Looks better and rides better because of the Bilsteins.
I coil spaced my 06 and yes the wheels do move over unless you use a trackbar relocator. Its not much but I've got 35x13.50 on 20's and it is noticable.I also air bagged the rear cause it will sag and not run level when towing.Mine is a FX4 and I kept the original shocks. They work okay for factory
