08 F350 Spring Block Help
I know there are numerous threads on here about putting 350 rear spring blocks in a 250. I ordered a set for my 08 250 crewcab shortbed and just picked them up today. My problem is that everything I read says that I need the non tapered blocks (156 wheelbase) but the parts that came in are tapered. The part numbers are 7c3z-5598 HB and 7c3z-5598-JB. I don't see these numbers in anybody else's thread. Could it be that the 08's (156 wheelbase and longer)use a different (new) block that is tapered to do away with carrier bearing shimming??
