Mike, after I talked to you yesterday several things came up and I ended up leaving the office for a few hours to take care of a stranded truck.
I haven't mailed out (or billed you for the tunes) simply because I physically haven't been able to keep up with tune demands of current customers; much less add more to the list. I'm not going to charge you for a service that I can't provide until I am ready to provide it. I have your information sitting on my clipboard directly in front of me at this moment, and I will be working all weekend getting caught up, Sat. and Sun. As soon as I can get your files complete, I'll email them out and process your order.

Hey no problem, I can understand the physicallity of keeping a business running and the unexpected dealings of customers, as I myself am a provider of products/services to my customers. I can also quite understand that we are all "HUMAN" and things happen and things get overlooked. All I know is I want your tunes and I don't want to go elsewhere for tunes as from what I gather from everyone on here your tunes are the "SHIZNIT!".

Just to make a point here, my intentions were not to defame Matt/SDT. My only reason for posting was to inquire about other "custom tuners" out there just in case I can't get SDT to send me custom tunes. Nothing more, nothing less...And to be honest I'm jealous all of you have your custom tunes from SDT now and I'm having to wait....
