Which Model RAS for 2003 4X4 V10
Hello All,
Plan to get a set of these and looking for the best price but now need some help(I have email the web sites for help also) on the correct Model # for my truck.
The RAS website has Model # 2451/MKII-XXF listed for my X, then found some other sites (some offer free shipping and are cheaper) just list MKII-XXF (no preceding numbers).
Are these both the same products, I'm guessing yes?

Give David Arnce at RoadMaster a call and ask. His phone number is (800) 398-5036. Simply ask him which model.
Also be cautious of some of the suppliers out there...they have OLDER stock. Roadmasters has updated their hardware (especially in the barrel bolt area) that holds the spring to the bracket. So some of the 'cheaper' prices 'may' be the older style RAS.
When I ordered my RAS from David last summer...he indicated there was a dealer in Oklahoma that still has some of the 'old' stock that he is selling. I'd ask David point blank about the dealer you found especially if it is the guy from Oklahoma. I'd prefer to get the most recent hardware version if it were me. Plus RoadMaster gives you a 30 day money back guarantee...will the other dealer give you that?...not that I expect you would need the 30 days to decide...just pointing out what I heard...albeit from David but I have no reason to doubt what he told me...
Perhaps that's why you found differing part numbers (old version vs new version)?
