It's raining in my Excursion!

I drove my wife to work this morning because the roads were slick. On the way back, I decided to give the rear wiper a swipe. When I hit the rear washer, I heard fluid running in the rear and a few seconds later started smelling washer fluid. It seems that the washer nozzle froze up causing the washer line to blow loose up behind the top of the interior door frame.

That happened to me as well. Easy to fix just take off the trim piece by the headliner and you will see the tube in the center in most cases it just came off of the plastic joint.

The hard one to fix it the one just behind the firewall by the front passenger door. I had a few choice words for the Ford engineers that day!

Bill,

Check out this link https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...-no-spary.html scroll down to post #7 for step by step instructions on how to fix it.

Take not of the OTHER fitting too...but post #7 will fix your issue...I'm 99% sure that fitting in the rear just 'popped' off...COMMON issue.

Good luck,
joe
