Washer Fluid Leak

When I fill up my washer fluid reservoir, about half of it leaks out somewhere near the front of the passenger door and falls to the ground. Any ideas on where it could be coming from? Is the rear washer hose routed through this area?
Thanks,
Stew

There is also a fitting in the front, under the plastic step plate on passenger side. Problem broken there and leaking out under door.
Open door, pull up(maybe with flat screw driver) and u should see a fitting under there. Will be a bunch of wires and black tubing for washer line.

I know when mine was leaking it was where the hose came through the fire wall up by the passengers feet. From the looks of the corroded penny I found under the carpet it had been that way for a while. I guess that explains why I was filling the tank every couple of days. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

Thanks,

Mine just did the same thing today. It had come disconnected at the firewall.
Pulled off the kick plate and side plate and reconnected it.

Mine is leaking too, I guess this explains the sound I hear like water running in the passengers footwell when I try to clean the rear window. I will have to find these connections.

I *THINK* that the nozzle on the rear hatch can get blocked fairly easily by ice/snow. The pump puts out more pressure than the slip-fit connections can contain, so.... pssssss.

Having said that, I'll now hear that you all live in the desert

Mine came apart under the passengers side dash. The carpet was wet. I pulled the carpet back and saw the hose had come loose from the fitting. I pushed it back on and used a plastic tie wrap to clamp it.

Hey folks - sure enough (FTE I LOVE YOU!) I looked under the second row floor plate at the passenger door (removed with prying action - used a snub nose bottle opener) and the channel for wiring, etc. is/was full of orange washer fluid. Further, there was a "wet stain / moisture evidence" on carpet towards front row passenger side. No connections (splice point) on fluid line seen at the second row. Lifted the passenger front/first row cover to find (wait for it … more fluid). Ok so I removed the kick and side panel for the passenger and peeled back the carpet (velcro holds the carpet in place near the kick plate) and began looking for the firewall culprit. FOUND IT! Ok, here's the issue I am having. I could not find the supply side line near the firewall. I did not have adequate light. So I am asking, "Where's the supply line?" I can't reach the wiper activator and look at the line at the same time! LOL And actually I don't want to add to the fluid all in the vehicle on top of what I am seeing. Ideas please?

Side note: A gent posted two pics that show the plumbing. This will be helpful to everyone. The hose appears to be more towards the fender rather than the firewall proper (in the photo). So I'll be looking there when
1) I get all the existing/standing moisture.
AND
2) I have more light to see the other end.
