Routine Maintenance

I just changed my oil tonight and as I was writing it down in the book I noticed you are supposed to grease all the fittings. (15000 mile service)

I looked around and unlike my 99 I could see no fittings on the steering linkage. The only grease fittings I found were on the front axle steering knuckle u joints.

Are there any more?

I grease my fittings at every oil change, but then again I only have 2..

Every 3k oil change I shoot some grease in the fittings. I have a total of 5 on my 04'. Ford doesn't put Grease fittings on the Ball joints, there are no grease fittings on the u-joints either. It seems the newer the truck the less fittings are put on it. Everything is greasable on my 74' F-100 including the u-joints.
