Well Guess I am going to have to hold off on mods for now
I have known for a few weeks that I needed Injector O rings and was trying to hold off on it till spring but I am noticing an increase in oil consumption and it is going out my tail pipe! I can actually take a napkin and wipe straight oil from my tail pipe!
So I think this is more important than mods rite now and I am going to try and tackle this first
I seen a couple of good step by step sites posted on here does anyone have a link thanks
You should check your turbo first. liquid oil in the tail pipe isn't usually injector o-rings! You might have an exhuast side piston ring seal leaking on the turbo.
Well I don't know for sure. best way would be to run the truck at idle for a spell then pull the turbo and look for oil in the downpipe but not the up pipe. Theoretically the oil from bad injector o-rings should burn in combustion and not leave any residue.
But that is alot of work just to check!! I guess you could pull the down pipe connection loose and see if you can see anything with a mirror in there but it would be nearly impossible to see what you need to see. To get the exhuast housing off with the turbo in the truck will be nearly impossible as well.

Your freakin me out now, I know nothing about the inside of a turbo can you tell me more about the exhaust side piston ring seal
yeah it is oil coming out the tailpipe like I was saying I can wipe it off with a napkin
thing is that seemed strange to me too is no smoke during normal operation's started noticing the wet tailpipe a while back when I started with the mods and thought it was maybe unburnt fuel

You should be happy ,,,
the turbo O ring & such are much less work & money
This is where having a pyro probe pre and post could help.
Clean vs. a buildup/ wet ect will/can show. Pre will only show one side of of the motor.
Maybe Pull the EBP sensor to see if its wet in the tube or sensor.
Most times if the oil seal in the turbo is leaking the motor is a smoker.
Work the truck harder and see if its starts smoking. Turbo temp could be to cool to burn the oil if the leak is in the turbo (winter). Go out and get the EGTs up.

WALJON there are oil rings that work just like a piston rin on the shaft of the turbo. They usually wear a groove in the center section. here is a pic of the turbo shaft. To the left of the bronze bushings just before the exhuast wheel you can jsut see a ring going around the shaft. that is the oil seal.
it seems like I am adding one liter every two weeks which is a lot considering I haven't really gone anywhere with it just back and fourth from work city driving mostly,When I go on the highway sometimes I can smell oil burning but It doesn't smoke out the pipe
