The Oregon coast could keep you busy for years. South of you is Gold Beach that has a mail run up the Rouge river that is super fun. You can take a day trip on a jet boat as they deliver the mail. Lots of wild life. Salmon fishing is also great on the Rouge. Crater Lake in south central Oregon is a must see as well, good camping opp's available there. The Steens mountains in July is great for wildflowers and snow. Ashland has a Shakespeer festival that is really good if you are in too that sort of thing.
there is a bunch of things to do in the northwest. get involved with some off road groups and such, they have many people with many other interest as well, that is if you are into off roading.
coos bay, home of the world's toughest guy, tops trees!
Timberline lodge at Mt. Hood. Multnomah falls, east of Portland on I80. Walk up to the top of the falls. Central Oregon, around Bend, Mt. Bachelor and Century Drive. Plenty of hunting, fishing & camping around there. Florence, just N of you, has some killer sand dunes if you have a quad.
Were not quite dead yet, just hibernating. I'm in Central Oregon, I don't fish, but I hear there is alot of great fishing and hunting around. I stick to my cars and trucks, so no time for fishing. I agree, the coast will keep you going for a long time.
