I don't know about the marine motors or if this is an actual marine motor your dealing with. But you can buy a new one from AutoZone for around $48.00 + tax. You want one from 78 back to have no weight on it. The part number you gave here "c9" would be a 1969 flexplate, but what it fits I can't tell you.

Thank you guys i'm going to get this flywheel i'm building a new engine for my pulling truck try to save every penny buy a lot off of ebay not going to use this engine till next year got a little cleveland for this year.Been buying one peace at a time got a year to get every thing.

I wish I had heard about e-baymotors a little sooner than I did. I could have saved a lot of money buying some things from there for my swap. Too late now
