Is this a relay?

With key on engine off, I get a short little buzz that I think is coming from the wire block (see arrow in pic). The block is right next to the trailer brake controller hookup.

Is there a relay of some sort in there (or maybe very close)?

Buzz is only a split-second long and only happens when the truck's been sitting a long time.

Turn signal relay.

When I go flip the turn signal on and THEN go key on ignition off I don't get the buzz.

When the turn signals off and I go key on ignition off, the buzz is there.

Thanks David.
