Perhaps a spring upgrade in the front. Maybe some F250 or F350 springs would help you clear the larger tires.

Cut the fender openings,

Borrow a sawzall and buy 8.00 worth of metal cutting blades.
Borrow a grinder and buy 8.00 worth of metal cutting wheels.

Get a cheap kit,

Get a 500.00 6 inch lift kit off of Ebay.
Buy a used 6 inch lift kit off of Ebay.

I think 4 inch lift is minimum, but need to cut front fender and bumper.

Sell the 35s and get 33s and leave the truck alone.

Anyone with other suggestions.

I don't know how in the world leaf springs from a F250 would help lift the front of a F150?????????????

What I'd do. Put a 6" body lift and be done with it!

lol
Cheap.... Cut the crap out of the fenders, or put a used/cheap 4-6" suspension lift and do a shackle flip in the rear.

Find some cheap junkyard/used rims to fit those 14" wide tires.
Some 15x10s would work.

freagin' hilarious...

cheapest way you ask?? ut oh, you shouldn't have,

3" body lift, 3" coil spacers up front, 3" add a leaf in the rear. (totally serious)
although that would be about $500, and you could get a 6" used kit off ebay for that much.

i would go that rout before i took a sawsall to ANYTHING>
alot of guys wanna keep their body "cut free",
including me when it comes to my f150, my jeep on the other hand has been hacked to oblivion

Ive seen it. works not to bad lol, its nice and cheap. I would do it.

But I would also just get 33's and run the truck stock.

Stick the tires in the backyard and save your money until you can lift it right the first time. That is the only way you will be happy.

PS you will most likely need more money for gears.
