Question Help! sloppy shifter

The shift lever on the column got really sloppy within the last week, it's hard to find reverse without putting it into neutral or park. Could this just be an adjustment or maybe a wore out bushing?

Thanks!

Fixed!!! Thank you Action4478!
Read your response, went out and took a peaky and sure as heck... thats what it was. It took longer to find my torx bits then it did to fix it.

WALJON, just lay on the floor and look up in there, it's as plain as day (at least with the flashlight) Just us a T-30 Torx bit
