Have you tried to remove the front portion of that? It looks like the material should just be tucked into a groove with some type of retaining device. Figure out what's holding the rest of the cover in place and then find a piece of wire or rope you can shove back into the groove to put it back together.

I've got captains chairs so I have no idea on how that thing comes apart, but from the lines in the picture it has to come apart somehow. Hopefully someone else will come along soon that can explain how to fix this.

Went to Ford. I wanted to see if I could just get the padded section in front of the cup holders. Of course not... The entire seat back has to be purchased for $405!!! One word, EBAY!
