Ok, as stated in an earlier post I fixed the broken bolt in head of my 352 problem. then I put the rocker shaft on, and just tightened it till the shaft was flush with the head, but didnt torque them. Then I noticed that on the #1 cylinder, the pushrods were up higher, pushing both valves in too far. I replaced valves, pushrods, and lifters on this cylinder, but not the others, earlier. the pushrods are the same length, and I'm absolutly positive the lifters were too. I turned the engine some and this problem remained. Both these pushrods stuck out a little over 2 inches from the intake side where I measured from, while all other 6 pushrods measured a little under 2 inches. oh boy...
ANY ideas would be appreciated, I'm sure I ordered lifters for a 352 (from Macs auto parts)
Thanks for the help
