If I put a straight up chain set in my '79 f250 460 will it affect the smog test? Thanks

cant believe that NOONE has any results. Anybody? How is this going to affect the outcome of a smog test.

isnt anything over 20 years old exempt from test? dont no for shure ive never had a smog test

wizzard,we have some really screwed up smog laws here. 1975 and older are smog exempt.....so far. Now they are introducing a new law that they(smog *****) will pressurize the fuel tank to check for vapor leaks. Load of crap if you ask me. The government should target the illegals that drive the smokin toyotas,hondas,etc... That would remove MORE emissions from our area than anything else. Anyhow that is another rant all together.
