There are several variables here. You must make sure the lines are clear and the filter is good. A good rule of thumb is right around 50-55 psi minimum at idle if all else is well. Since a problem with the stock pressure regulator spring can also lead to low psi, you must also be sure that is not an issue before targeting the pump. I had 57 stock and shimmed it to 68. It drops to about 58 at WOT now.

I installed DiPricol's fuel pressure guage on the windshield mount, here are a couple of pics. It definitley wasn't cheap, alot more than Mike & Brandons, but the guages are sweet and I like the setup. The sensor ties right into the fuel bowl. Easy install. Got it from ITP. www.itpdiesel.com.

Here are some pics of the sending unit tied into the fuel bowl. I bought the adapter from ITP diesl for $6. Here is the link.

The adapter screws into the fuel bowl and the sending unit into the adapter. Easy install.

Man Rich, those really look good. I'm still trying to convince myself I don't need those.

I told myself I was done with the mods for a while, the Brandon posted the pics of the hitch lights under the bumper, I had to do that with all the camping. Then I had to have new brakes & rotors.

Man I gotta problem - I have to go see a doctor or something.

Tell me about it. Well I don't need those backup lights either. Just gonna float down that big river in Egypt some more.
