I beleive that Tricky is gone from us forever as no one has picked up the phone in the house the last times ive tryed calling, if anyone knows anything different or a current contact number for him please post it!

Yeah, it is. I'm embarrassed to say, I couldn't see how to get the box open!!! I missed the two seals on the bottom ring!! Good thing Nick was there to save the day!!!
