The only excitement I have seen in Maple Valley is counting how many wrecks could have/should have happened at 4 corners. Counted 7 in the 1/2 hour when I was there a week ago.
Yeah four corners is a real hoot. Nothing against Maple Valley, but my favorite part is getting on highway 18 so I can get to I-90 and get home. My real bitch is finding American made parts and or tools these days. It started when I needed a simple set of pruners for the trees in my yard. I went to every hardware store in Kittitas county then went to Yakima county and could not find any pruners that were made in America. I gave up and bought ones made in tiawan.
Things got ugly when I went to get ball joints for my Dana 44 TTB front end. I went to my Napa dealer and got the parts, got home and the boxes said "made in taiwan" on them. I took them back and asked for real Dana parts and long story short Dana is no longer an American company, it is part of some multi-national corporation now. I was prepared to drive 90 miles each way to Seattle to get American made parts but those parts were also made in taiwan....Its frustrating as hell, maybe FTE could make a list of American made products so we can buy home made if we want to. Hell I was looking for new wheels and every aluminum wheel I found said made in china. I will let my old chrome wheels fall apart before I buy chinese wheels. Does Alcoa still make wheels in the USA?
LOL i love cleaning, its gets all my anger out, but if you pay me i will lol anyway yea i live right by four corners its a 15 min walk to get there lol its snowing here too it sucks im starting to hate the snow
