I am considering the Gibson system for my 2002 Expy over the others. There are (2) Expeditions around me running the Gibson systems and they sound very healthy and sweet. Nice rump-rump-rump at idle and throaty under acceleration. One of them is using the single exit, which is the one I am looking at. The other one is running the single in/dual out which exits in the stock location. It has a bit more "echo" than the single out does at idle, but just as healthy sounding under power. The owners say the interior drone isn't much more than stock. That's one of the selling points for me.

Flowmaster 50 Delta

Here's a quick 10MB 1.5 minute video of our Flow Master 50 Series Delta
on our 04 EB Expedition (5.4L). If that ain't enough loud for you, by all means get the 40, But for me I'm happy with the 50 Delta. Go to the web page and right click Save As. Don't run in browser if you can help it.
