These people fight for our rights to be addicted to Car/Truck/Motor Stuff and to spend our childrens future (Let the Rugrats fend for themselves)
I can not stress how important this is guys. They do NOT hustle you for money. They do fight for us on many levels. In Colorado, we are now facing the total removal of old cars and trucks including those with a Classic designation. There is nobody fighting other than SEMA SAN. It will hit you and your intersts as well in short order. You and I need SAN to keep the polititians in line. They are being bought by the big oil interests and the environmentalists are also on our tails. Most of us are not building pollutors,
BUT, there is no way to separate the groups other than by age of the vehicle.

I wish that the powers that be could partner with SEMA SAN in some way shape or form so that the owners of the older iron would be prodded to join since all the frenzy is going to affect us all in all the states. There is power in numbers. There have been some issues here that SEMA helped to get shelved.

It's the start of a new legislative year, both local, state and federal. They will be finishing old buisness and taking up new issues. Along about April there will be elections, then again in November.
The SAN reps will be working the state and federal issues and can provide advice on local issues.
Take $5.00 (or more) of your Bling Bucks and drop it on SAN.
Tell your Gearhead friends.
AND Tell your Legislative Reps that you are a Member of SAN and that they should check them out.
