I bet you do Tom, I was changing out a 480V 3ph lighting contactor. As i was in the live panel I was using my handy dandy 1000VAC screwdriver and my pinky finger strayed away twords the next contactor. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ F****** Ouch GD MF piece OF S..... Just the power of L1 through me to the concrete floor via my finger was enough to make me aware of thet particular contactor.
You sparkys made me spew beer all over my key board and monitor....LMAO
Back then I was a jack of all trades (industrial maintenance tech) and did everything from new electrical branches to plumbing and everything in between.
I have stories of things like transformers blowing up in my face to irrigation sprinklers hoseing me down. that would make you crap yourself
Take the shock treatment, its really not that bad. Your muscles spaz, tense and then your done. Just call it a good work out. You will burn about 100 calories and loose about 8lbs. from ****'n your pants.
AWWWW! Was'nt that a great feeling? My physical torturist keeps trying to shock me, to wake my muscle in my leg and wants to know if its to much. I laugh and tell her no, it tickles.
That stuff is great, im not sure if it helps long term, but it was enough to let me walk out the door without grimmacing in pain the last time i had physical tearapy. Ha they said that most people like it around 7 and your supposed to leave it right where it starts to hurt...i had it cranked up at 25 before i even felt anything, maxed out the machine before it hurt!
Yes, the climb is a work-out but the view is so worth it!!! And I just really enjoy the work. Spent over three hours in a hub last week. Good thing I didn't need to go use the ladie's room!!! Ha! Ha!!!
Is the pilot rig yours, Grey?
Yes I miss those days and the view.
That's why you carry your little baggy with you, and check the wind direction so it clears the truck befor you toss it. Bounced acouple off of other peoples though. Only the mill wrights towed theirs to the towers. It was a long way to the office if you had to go.

Reminds me of changing the governor on a 2 MW generator and finding out they didn't pull the fuses on the line PT. such a lovely feeling after the second time.
