cab map lights
Thanks for the good advice I've gotten here so far. Got a small problem someone may understand. Last weekend, I replaced the bulbs in the map lights (up beside the dome light, '91 standard cab) but they still don't work. Dome light works fine, and I assume they'd be the same circuit/fuse, so that's not it. I LIKE map lights...my eyes are gettin' old enough that the dome isn't enough.
P.O. replaced the audio system with one out of a Chrysler product. It's so big it eats up the ashtray/lighter space, too. He tells me he's got the wiring set up same as the stock Ford unit, but I'm wondering if there's something down in there that could be messing up the map lights? I'm going to have to pull it all out anyway, because I want my lighter plug back so I can charge cell phones and such.
Thanks for any ideas,
Kevin W.
