Engine Options

Can anyone tell me the factory installed engine options for a 67 thru 72 F 100??

'67-'68: 240 standard, 300, 352
'69: 240 standard, 300, 390
'70: 240 standard, 300, 360, 390
'71-'72: 240 standard, 300, 302, 330, 360, 361, 390

The 352 was dropped after 1967. The 360 and 390 were available from 68-76. The 302 was offered from mid-1969 to 1996. No F-100 was ever factory equipped with a 330 or 361.

So gnwalker is pretty much right; except 360 is/was a 68 option & the 330 361 aren't a factory installed option at all?

1967/79 F100/350 engine sizes

The 240 1V is the standard engine for: 1967/74 F100/350's. 240's replaced by 300's in 1975.

Optional Engines

1967: 300 I-6 / 352 V8

1968/72: 300 I-6 / 302 2V (1969/72 F100 only) / 360 2V / 390 2V.

1973/76: 300 1V (1973/74 only) / 302 2V / 360 2V / 390 2V / 390 4V (1975/76 only) / 460 4V

1977/79: 302 2V / 351M 2V / 400 2V / 460 4V

Only the F500 and larger trucks used 330/361/391 FT engines thru 1978, with one exception.

Only the 1973/79 F350's with dual rear wheels sold to U-Haul came with FT 330's.

These are not pickups, but Cab & Chassis. Ford built these truck especially for U-Haul. U-Haul added their own box body.
