I think you have the E-A part backwards. If that is what it is then the part # would indicate a chassis part not an engine part, but we all know a rod is obviously a engine part.
I thought the CJ/SCJ rods carried the D0OE-Z part #. I had a set of D0OE-A rods and they were just the regular passenger car rods. The rods to look for are the truck rods, casting # D6VE-AA.
