If you look at the rear of the excursion it has the eddie baur signiture on the left side. I also believe the rims are what is offered on that edition too. i think the seats look nice but wrong color like the rest of you said.
I do not think it was an EB. I think it was a Limited. EB's came with the tow mirrors and running boards.
I'd "bet the ranch" the truck is an Eddie Bauer... First, TT mirrors and boards were options available to either Limited & EB models. Second, the Eddie Bauer script on the barn door... Doubt the guy would buy an EB script when he could have put another King Ranch emblem there. So, my guess it that it (the script) was there to begin with... FINALLY, the telltale sign for me is the pin stripe which came with EB only (I think... pretty sure.)
The grab handles and center console are trimmed in the leather. They missed the Leather pockets on the back of the seats and where it says Excursion on the dash should say King Ranch. Missed the leather steering wheel and the seatbelts are darker like the leather. Maybe at least throw in the KR floor mats? Not bad but could be better.

I Have Always Wanted To Do The King Ranch Interior Swap, Found A Few On Ebay From Time To Time Costing Between $2000 And $3000 For Just The Seats. To Do It Right You Need The Steering Wheel, Grab Handles, Center Console And All The Trim Pieces. Would Be Worth It!!!
There were a few custom 05's KR version on Ebay a few years back.... one thing I notice from the others and from this current ebay listing, is their all from TX.
me personally ... I've never liked the KR seats they just look strange to me. You open up a nice truck and there are these glowing reddish brown seats that don't match anything. Me no like.
They don't match? Are you color blind? I had an 02 KR Super Crew that was Estate Green with the Arizona Beige two tone and everything looked nice. I can't beleive you don't like the colors. But it does match if you notice the trim and interior pieces. Now I'm talking about a REAL KR.
