UPDATE: help engine code
So earlier I posted about an engine code of 1000. Great help with that thanks all. But here is the whole story:
Yesterday truck went to the dealership to have a new CPS put in since the old one was hit in the recall. Picked the truck up last night semp to run better and all was good. So last nite i re-installed my bully dog on the 50hp setting. Did that and all was good. Truck ran great.
Today I get a service engine light so I run the code and get "1000" as explained by alot of people no big deal. So since curriosity killed the cat I un-installed the programmer so see what would happen. After returning truck to stock, i have no service engine light.
Any ideas? does this makes sence? Is there something wrong? Could it be a fluke? Should I re-install programmer and see what happens?
