grey...you seem to think that I think being in Iraq would be a bad thing.... :P
im just saying man be thankful for what you have not be bitter for what you dont have.. life could always be much worse, just hang in there im sure it will get better for you soon, heck youve got a long ways to go still....
not a divorce just seein as how we had until I guess somewhat recently planned on our lives being together, some things both of us were in on...in a legal sense, since someone....decided not to pay certain things and not let me know....I am in quite a fix on some issues.
as far as making more money then her....she is going to be a teacher, high school...I am working on my BS for mech. engineering...I can do the math. :P I 'should' be making more by my 5th year as her and her current beau would be making together by that point with his line of work.
What's highlighted in red. . . been there. . . done that.
Speak to a lawyer on this issue. I had the same issue that you are experiencing, right now.
Don't wait. See a GOOD lawyer.
Some 'history'.
My first wife (before she left) charged up two (joint account) credit cards to the maximum. (She wasn't working, either!)
The day that she left, she wrote the credit card companies and CLOSED the accounts, and informed them that SHE would NOT be responsible for any of the debt, nor would she pay any of the debt.
Guess who got 'stuck' with the bills? That's right. It's the person that's writing this post. She didn't have to pay one penny of the debt, because the accounts were jointly owned and she wrote the letter. . . first.
Do you see where I'm going with this?????

As said by ronwilll (but a little different) a long, long time ago in a land not so far away, I came home to an empty house ( I should have seen it coming but, wouldn't open my eyes). Later, got the call (she just needed to be free). She had been cheating on me and I was pretty sure of it but, wouldn't admit it to myself. I thought my life came to an end. We had been married for almost 3 years. I would do anything she asked from me but, that was not enough or what she wanted. I gave her everything and I paid all of the debt (seemed like a lot then but, in hindsight it was very little). I ran into an old high school girlfriend about 6 mos. later, rekindled the flame and have been happily married for over 30 years. I used to see her brother-in-law (sisters husband) every once in a while and what he had told me makes me feel it was the best thing that could have happened to me.
Better things are around the corner, just don't take it on 2 wheels (unless you are on a motorcycle).
yeah...I can't stand being anywhere that my ex is... :/ Just left a little get together with some friends, gonna go hit up a toga party at a friends frat house....last time I went there a few years back I got lucky...maybe I will ontinue the streak? :P
this ist he first frat party I will have ben to in over 3 years.
Now if I can just figure out how to make a toga out of a bedsheet...my neighbor made a good point..likely everyone will be drunk...so it wont matter if it looks bad.
just donnot use sheets off of your ex's bed. in a black lite the stains show up! and donnot use a fitted sheets they may, just go for it and have fun man!
