Well I don't know where Pop went but my 02 manual says fuse #19 is Body Security Module/4x4 Module so I'm guessing that's not it.
Looking at 10 amp fuses #35 says Instrument cluster and #41 says Instrument Cluster. Maybe it's one of those.

He is gonna stop at a service station and get some additional fuses in case it happens again on the way home, and tomorrow we will delve into it when he comes into work to see if there is any specific reason it blew. My fuse 19 is labeled:
Auxilliary Powertrain Control Module
(APCM) (Diesel only), Instrument Cluster,
GEM Module, Overdrive Cancel Switch, Idle
Validation Switch (Diesel only), Overhead
Console, Diesel PCM via Clutch
Pop

Ford must have had budget cuts because my 02 manual is nowhere near that descriptive. As stated earlier we simply have 2 different fuses labeled Instrument Cluster. The only (Diesel Only) item we show is #303 IDM relay.
