Talking Headers for 429/460

Anyone running a 429 or 460 in their Ford F1 truck > I'm looking for some headers that fit in there on those engine sizes. Any suggestions? Thanks, Steve.

Stev0, My buddy and are doing the same build. We are checking with Sanderson, If they come back empty will will probably order a kit from Speedway and build our own. If you find some somewhere let us know. Will keep you informed. We went to the Toyota Stering box and have very little clearance.

See my gallery for the set I made for my 55/460/volare.. Not cheaper ($200 coated inside & out by HPC)

I got my parts from Schoenfeld Headers

Steveo, just got an answer back from Sanderson and they stated the FF462 model headers will work with our setup of motor and 48 frame. If you were interested in such a purchase, I found them (past experience withthem) and went to google searching for headers. Cost is $315 for them.

there's a tech article on this site. top of the page where it says articles/specs. search around there, and you'll find it. It's a worthwhile swap, IMO.
