so, what do you guys think about having a OBS FTE roundup? find somewhere with a dyno, maybe a track??? have a cookout? what ya'll think? maybe a southeast roundup. KY, TN, OH, IN, NC, SC, anyone who wants to come! i know of at least two dynos with near-by strips. lexington ky, and Bowling Green. whats anyone else think?

 

i live in mass but I would come down there sounds like a goor idea to me Maybe one in pa. too for us New Englanders

 

i am about 1 hour from the nearest track. my farm would be welcomed to us for a cookout, ect. muddiest truck around the hayrings? lol, i'd watch but no participation in that from me, but sounds fun! if we wanted a two day-er we could meet and go to the track friday night and cook-out before we went to the track, and then travel 75 miles north to a dyno saturday. wouldnt that look good! a convoy of OBS's headed to the dyno. HEY! come to think of it...theres a track about 5 minutes from my farm that you can get for special occasions! it rents out cheap! or, i'm opened to goin if anyone lives closer to the attractions like dyno, strip, ect.

 

and... if we raised heck in that county...my uncle is sherriff!

TS performance is about 2 hours from my farm i think, as is skytower in lexington. NEAL, yall from down ur way in? should be a load of fun.

Heres my idea.....if yall wanted to do it here....
my farm is easy access off cumberland parkway. meet up friday afternoon, and cookout, and shoot the bull. then go to the track about 5-10 minutes from farm. run em' as long as we want. then there is a hotel close to the farm, and restraunts. we can camp out at farm, or go to hotel if people want. there is an old farm house there too, with stove and fridge still there. bacon and eggs saturday morning? then head to lexington, or Bowling green and DYNO AWAY! then we could disperse from there. i got church Sunday, and WILL BE THERE, Lord willing. i think it would be a ton of fun.

I am in. I have a camper so I can go ANYWHERE. The EX and Sd's are having a get together in July in Gatlinburg and they told me I am welcome whether i bring the EX or the OBS but be ready for some ribbing. I can take tha though just to be surounded by blue ovals. I was kinda thinkin' near Bristol TN/VA. As we all know there is a track there and plenty of campgrounds to choose from also plenty of Motels. Just a thought. KY would also be nice too.
