Looking at 05 escape

I have found 2 escapes. One is a xlt v6 4x4 with 52000 miles. Looks great inside and out. Leather seats could use some conditioner but not in bad shape by any means. One thing i did notice is the seats were stiff. Is that normal for the escapes? Has 3 of the continental tires and on uniroyal. Don't like mismatched tires but not a huge deal. Asking 13,500.

The 2nd is an 05 v6 limited seems to be in good shape however I haven't had the chance to drive it yet. Has tan leather which I'm not a big fan of. About the same milage. Asking 14,000.

Are these decent prices?

Anything to look for on this model?

Is there a big difference in the xlt and the limited other than body?
