interior lights wont go out
my truck pulls a christine once in a while, once in a while the interior lights wont go out it seems to be the drivers door switch does any one know to deactivate . it is a 2001 f-150 supercreww

i believe the "switch" is part of the door lock inside the door. your best bet is to spray penetrant into the latch mechanism on the door end and soak everything up good.. if it still does it, remove the door panel and get closer. you could bypass the switch once you pull the panel, but i would prefer to fix it-- spray normally works.
