heads?

Can anyone tell me what this number on my heads means and if they are any good: C8AE-H???

I don't know of any bad FE heads.

C8HE-H = 390, 428 with ac 68.1-71.1chamber vol.

I know some people were talking about some being better than others. I was just wondering where they stood on the food chain.

I run them. Ported and polished, 2.09/1.65 valves. I like them alot. Run them on a 12 second truck. So in all honesty they are a good head. And can made alot better with a little work
