I never have time for anything good for breakfast on weekdays (I can't haul myself out of bed and usually leave myself less than 20 min to get ready and out the door). Plus I can't eat right after I get up or I get sick.
Generally I throw something together, take it to work, and eat it there. Bagels & cream cheese, or a couple pieces of bread with sausage, or bread/english muffin with some microwave bacon. Something simple.
Occasionally when I have time I'll stop by Hardees and get something, but I try to limit that.
On weekends I don't get out of bed til noon so I rarely have breakfasty stuff. But, sometimes if my girlfriend is over, we'll have eggs, waffles (made in a waffle maker of course), or breakfast burritos which she really seems to like.
Don't have it often (gotta watch my weight & cholesterol, etc.) but, I'd go with three eggs over medium, SCRAPPLE or corned beef hash, dry white toast w/orange marmalade & strong coffee.
