I have a 2000 f 350 v10. I was experiencing some serios brake pull so I installed new front calipers, rotors, and pads. Didn't seem to help so under advice of a mechanic I replaced the rubber flex lines. Still no difference. Tires are nearing the end of thier life but have been rotated several times in my attempts to fix this brake pull issue. The thing that really boggles me is that the truck usually pulls to the left but every once in a while it desides to go to the right. I frequently tow a trailer of up to 10000 lbs. the brakes on the trailer are working great but while towing the pull gets more severe. Any suggestions on eliminating this break pull would be much appreciated.
i went back and checked,,he has a f 350its a super duty, this is the sd forum, where do you think he should go.? its another case of throwing parts at a problem. the first thing i would do would be get on a gravel lot and lock up the brakes to see which one slides. did you ever touch the rotors to see if one is getting hotter than the other? could it be something in the suspension getting it go out of alignment when braking causing a pull to one side?

Check all front suspension and steering components. Worn ball joints, tie rod ends, steering box etc can cause the vehicle to pull under braking.
I recommend taking your truck to a good mechanic for an evaluation. You may have front suspension issues, brake issues or tire issues causing your pull.

I had a 99 SD that did the same thing , went away after I did all 4 corners with new calipers and rotors. sometimes if the rear is erratic it will pull the front with it. .
