'95 302 ignition problem
I'm having this problem with my truck. its a 95 f150 with the 5.0
I'll start from the beginning.
sometimes it wouldn't start, it would crank and crank but wouldn't start. I changed the fuel filter and ran some HEET and ISO HEET through it and maybe it was just coincidence but it started fine after that.
it ran fine for a few weeks, but then it did it again. started up just fine the next day though.
now it will start just fine but it will die while running (usually about 5-7 minutes of run time). I changed the spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, and spark plug wires yesterday, and it runs amazing..until it dies.
after it dies though it will start back up a few minutes later.
I'm thinking its some sort of ignition problem.
any ideas?
