Vacuum for Dummies?
Is there a "Vacuum for Dummies"? My hood sticker is missing and the vacuum drawing in Chilton's is hard for me to understand. Is there a better source for a vacuum drawing for a '78 6-300 with words instead of acronyms. VCV, TVS, A/CL DV, PCV, TVV, VRDV, INT MAN, PURGE CV, V REST, AAARRRGGGG!!!!

Vacuum for Dummies?
I would: go to the nearest Ford dealer's parts department and ask them to print you out a vacuum diagram for this engine/truck,
or: find a similar year model with same engine and look under that hood to get the vacuum routing right. Good luck.

Vacuum for Dummies?
That sounds like a plan. I have been looking for a similar model, but I'v only had the truck for a few weeks and haven't found one yet. I know I'll run into one eventually. The Ford dealer idea sounds good. I'll probably need to do both of these good ideas before it's over.
