acorn nuts
No, this isn't a holiday season post about roasting acorn nuts on an open fire...what I'm looking for are replacement acorn nuts for my '74 SCS's door mirrors. My camper mirrors look great, but all of the acorn nuts are corroded and look awful - can new ones be found anywhere?

Two types of acorn nuts / Ford part numbers: 34164-S & 34940-S...but Ford sez "improvise."
Green Sales doesn't have them either.
